We’re so glad you found us — and we’d love to welcome you into the program. One thing to know: stays booked through Airbnb, Vrbo, or Booking.com can’t count toward Club Casanita status. Only stays reserved directly — on this site or with our reservation team — qualify.

Why is this members-only?
We’d happily give everyone this rate — but our agreements with the booking channels don’t allow us to advertise prices below theirs publicly. What we can do is extend private rates to guests who register with us directly.
That’s exactly what Club Casanita is: your registration is the key that lets us offer you a price the platforms won’t let us post.

New to Casanita? Becoming a member is just as simple — book your first stay directly with us, and your membership starts the day you check out.
What your discount covers: Club Casanita rates discount the nightly accommodation rate only. The discount does not apply to cleaning fees, taxes, pet fees, damage protection, or any other fees, add-ons, or optional services. Your savings are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay, so you’ll always see exactly what was applied.
Member rates cannot be combined with any other coupon, promotion, or offer — one discount per booking. If you enter a promotional code, we’ll automatically apply whichever single discount saves you more.
Your member rate is applied at the moment you book. It can’t be added to a reservation after it’s been confirmed.
You can have up to two upcoming stays booked at your member rate at any one time. Once a stay is completed, your rate unlocks for the next booking — completed stays are what count toward your status and benefits.
As a Returning Guest, your 10% rate applies to up to three direct bookings in the twelve months after your qualifying stay. Premier members have no booking limit.
If you cancel a member-rate reservation, your property’s standard cancellation policy applies — membership doesn’t change your refund terms. A cancelled stay simply frees your member rate for your next booking, since only completed stays count.

Early check-in and late checkout are subject to same-day availability and are confirmed by our team the week of arrival.
A Premier 48-hour courtesy hold reserves your dates while you decide — it isn’t a confirmed reservation until you complete the booking, and holds are subject to availability.
Membership is tied to your email address and is non-transferable. Status is recalculated after each completed stay; Premier status renews with three direct stays in any rolling twelve-month period.
Benefits are for guests in good standing, and where there’s any question about your status or eligibility, our records are the final word.
Member discounts have no cash value and can’t be exchanged for cash, credit, or other offers.
We may modify or discontinue the program at any time, and may revoke membership in cases of misuse or violation of house rules. Any stay already booked keeps the rate it was booked with.
Membership is free and starts automatically with your first direct stay. As a member you receive emails about your membership — status changes and your rate confirmations. Receiving our seasonal offers and news is a separate, optional choice, and you can unsubscribe at any time without affecting your membership or your rates. We never sell your information.
