“Great location, room, and view. Parking was a bit tough as we generally had to park across the street in a garage as the lot in front of the building is very tiny. Outside of the room looks a bit out dated but inside the room is beautiful. I definitely would return here. It was perfect for me and my girlfriend.”

“My boyfriend and I stayed here for an anniversary. The room and the view were nice! Our only thing with the room was the A/C situation. Even with all the curtains closed, the room still got very hot and we could not turn the air down lower than 68°. Granted, it was super hot when we went there. Also, not everyone at the pool was wearing their bracelets and we saw people from other resorts using our pool making it very populated. But overall, we loved this place and everything was walkable or a short uber.”

“this airbnb was great! it was a short walk from everything and had some great restaurants directly next to it. the room itself was very cozy and clean. the host was also very attentive and answered any questions i had! i would 100% stay here again.”

“Casanita properties was a great place to stay for a relaxing birthday celebration. The condo looked exactly like the pictures (the kitchenette was a plus!) The bedroom was spacious & comfortable with led lights throughout the place. Host was very responsive made sure we got in the property alright multiple pools, beach right outside & everything close by. Whenever we visit Myrtle Beach again we will definitely stick with Casanita Properties. Thanks for everything!!”

“The room, view and location were amazing. The building and resort decor is a little older and dingy. The pools and hot tub were a little cloudy and dirty during our stay, and the resort staff really didn’t monitor who was coming in/out of the resort area as you can just reach around and open the door. We observed people smoking cigarettes and marijuana while sitting at the pool area. None of this is controlled by Airbnb. Everything that could be controlled by Airbnb was great. Overall we had a great stay.”

“The condo was lovely, clean, and enough space for meand my adult daughter. The view was beautiful, plenty of parking, the shower was a dream and I loved all the modern touches throughout. My complaints have nothing to do with the condo but with the hotel and surroundings actually. We were disappointed in the upkeep of the pools and that the lazy river only had 4 floats, 2 if which were almost flat. Also I wasn't aware the hotel was by the pier that's being built as well as the new hotel going up next door. All of the construction noises made it hard to remember you were at the beach trying to relax. But again, that has nothing to do with the condo. I would stay again ... after all of the construction was done.”

“Location was great! Walkable to the boardwalk. We decided to see if we could check in a day early and they were very accommodating. Parking was great right in the same floor as room. It worked great for our family for a week.”

“This was my first trip to Myrtle Beach . Casanita properties made my first stay great. The condominium was easily accessible, clean and very homey. We did encounter an issue with the toilet in our room, but the property manager stayed in great contact and helped us out as soon as they could. The location was great for food options, shopping, and staying at the beach! Thank you for making my trip great!”

“This is a great place and location. We had a great time. I would stay here again. One thing I would caution, check out is at 10AM. If you want to wait until the last minute on a Sunday, you won't have access to any luggage carts and it's a madhouse in the lobby. Otherwise a very nice place with food and drink available in the resort. Thanks!”

“Positive: The location was great and a quick access to any attraction or restaurant. It was also nice to have a balcony to enjoy the beach view. The owner was helpful to answer any question if I sent a quick message and also left us pool towels to use. Negative: Although the property looked clean on the surface, looking closer we noticed it needed better cleaning of the floors. There was dog hair and sand that got on my yoga mat after laying on the floor for my daily exercises. Everything else was clean.”

“Coming to MB and need a place to stay? Don't look any further, this is your place! It's absolutely breath-taking from the minute you open the front door! From the beautiful kitchen, comfortable bed, to the shower that gives a full body massage! Staff is absolutely amazing, checked in daily to make sure we didn't need anything during our stay, to providing info about things to do in the area. During my stay, I had the opportunity to meet the designer, and I must say, this young man has an incredible creative vision and a very unique eye for design. This home deserves a thousand star rating, it's pure perfection! What a Blessing it was to have such an amazing experience that I hope to experience again!”

“Perfect beautiful scenery of the beach! There were plenty of towels & wash cloths... which are very appreciated. Our host was very responsive as soon as we arrived. We did utilize the sleeper sofa which I feel could be replaced due to stains on the mattress that were visible. Overall a great place to stay... although there is temporary construction noise taken place beside the air bnb. Great little place with amazing lighting throughout!”

“The location was perfect on the beach. Elevators were quick to the 9th floor. We did have a problem with the entry code on our arrival; however with a phone call it was reset and it worked perfectly the rest of the stay. The building itself was very clean and the employees were very kind and helpful. The room was beautiful and bright. I didn't take note in the description that there wasn't an oven so we had to rearrange a few meals. That was on me. All said, the bed was comfy, the room was clean and bright, communication was quick and helpful and it was a perfect location for a vacation. Thanks!!”

“This place is absolutely beautiful! I stayed here for my birthday, and I couldn’t have been happier with my stay. The place was spotless, spacious, and truly felt like a home away from home. I loved the balcony view—it was perfect! I was pleasantly surprised by how much space there was, especially with two bathrooms and such a large living room. I would definitely stay here again!”

“We had a very nice stay. The room is in the middle of everything but it was very quiet despite the location! They are constantly sending text messages and calling you before and throughout your stay which can get a little disruptive at times but some may view that as being attentive! Overall, it was nice!”

“Unit was exactly as advertised in photos. Bright and well appointed. Decor was nice with a beachy vibe. The 7th floor was a great location with a nice view- not too high. Rental agency was very communicative which was great to know they were there if needed.I was disappointed to learn that our vehicle could not fit in the parking garage (Average SUV with a roof storage bin that put us too tall) but there was a small lot across the street that we could use. The parking garage clearance is 6’ 7”. The only negatives to this unit were 1) the floors were absolutely filthy. They looked clean upon entry but we tracked in some water so I grabbed a towel to dry it up and was disgusted at how brown the towel was. Same with the bath mats in the bathrooms. I didn’t let anyone in my group walk around barefoot so we ruined a bunch of socks. 2) places to put luggage or hooks to hang beach towel, wet swimsuits, etc. would have been nice. 3) a few of the doors are misaligned and did not close easily. 4) the parking garage is right outside the door which is nice that you can park so close but the headlights were shining in the second room window and you could hear beeping cars and car alarms at all hours of the night. 5) sometimes we couldn’t use the balcony because the smell of marijuana coming from other balconies was unbearable especially with young children in my group. Only the floors would deter me from booking here again but that can easily be fixed with a good thorough cleaning.”

“We had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Check-in was super easy and the host was quick to respond. We especially loved relaxing on the balcony and enjoying the ocean view. We’d definitely stay here again!”

“Resort on the outside was alittle disappointing but inside the condo the decor was beautiful! Only negative side was if you plan to cook a full dinner not all kitchen accessories were available like a colander. Everything else was just perfect! Thank you.”

“Place Was A Perfect Get Away For The Weekend. I Was Nervous At First Checking In But Once The Door Opened To Our Unit, We Were Transported To Paradise Would Highly Recommend. When I Come Back To Myrtle I Would Definitely Stay Here Again!!!”

Despite all the rain we made the best out of our time spent there. Thank you answering all my questions and concerns quickly. If we ever go back to Myrtle Beach we will stay again.”

“Positive: I liked my room and being able to have a balcony wasn’t fond of seeing everyone else sitting in their balcony as I sat outside mine it wasn’t my cup of tea but it was okay Negative: If the area is closed off at a certain time for the beach and pool they need to have an alternative route so you can get back inside”

“Great condo to stay in and well worth it for the price range! The place was clean and cool when we got in, everything was comfortable and ready to make it our home for the week. Wonderful ocean view balcony and the little amenities included were perfect. I do have to note the balcony door was a pain, but I also work in the building industry so I know it can be a complicated replacement process. I hope it gets repaired because that was the only downside.”

“This place has a nice aesthetic but it was gross. The floors were absolutely disgusting and the rugs looked like they’ve never been vacuumed or cleaned. My kid’s socks were black everyday. I had to use Clorox wipes on all the counters and tables because they were sticky. On 2 occasions I found a baby cockroach on the kitchen counter. Also the lock on the front door was faulty. At one point we couldn’t unlock it from the inside for like 2 hours then it randomly started working. The day we left we couldn’t lock it. Overall I’m upset that I paid as much as I did. Don’t recommend.”

“This was our first time going to Myrtle beach and also using Casanita properties! I must say we had an amazing time. The location of the property was the best, it was near everything. There were a lot of things to do just in walking distance itself. Also, the host was very attentive on satisfying our needs and checking in on us during our stay. The view of the beach was beautiful! Would definitely recommend staying here. The only downfall was the parking at night time. We preferred to uber to dinner just so we wouldn’t lose our parking spot. Overall, a great place to stay.”

“Our stay was fantastic. Condo was very nice and well decorated. Had an issue with the shower in the primary bathroom and it was taken care of asap. The check in was a bit confusing since I didn’t receive clarification on exactly what to do for parking and gate access until 4:30 when check in was at 4 but that was the only issue and it was resolved quickly. I would recommend this property and I would stay here again in the future.”

“Overall the stay was great, just minor discrepancies that i’m sure can be fixed/changed. For example, there was sand on the couch, and small stains in some of the towels and blankets. But it’s not that big of a deal, stay was great overall!”

“Positive: The view is amazing. I also liked that there were lifeguards at the beach. Negative: FYI This has nothing to do with the room. Just the beach rules. I wish I would have known that you are only allowed to have umbrellas at the beach. No other things are permitted. We had to buy an umbrella because we could use what we brought.”

“Loved how the hosts communicated and checked in to make sure everything was great. We didn’t need anything but it felt great to know if we did, they were right there to help! My boyfriend and I had a beautiful getaway here and the view of the water from this place is insane.”

“Location was great and included on site parking garage. Property was a bit outdated. Smoke alarm kept going off, vent above chair dropped water and dryer needs replaced. Left rust stains on your clothes. After a few upgrades we would stay again! Master bath shower was excellent!!”

“This place is in an amazing location with direct access to the boardwalk, beach, and indoor/outdoor pools. The pools are well kept and relaxing. It overlooks Pier 14 and looks beautiful at night. The communication was top tier. We had plenty of recommendations for local places, and the place was very clean. Make sure to check out the cool movie theater-like led lights! We had a wonderful experience and we are definitely coming back! - Margarita Pollard”

“Perfect place for a peaceful getaway. A home away from home! Close access to everything, didn’t have to move my car any during my whole stay as everything I needed was in walking distance. Not too far from the boardwalk and the view was beautiful! 10/10 would definitely be staying here again during my future visits to Myrtle.”

“Me and my friends stayed at Casanita Properties this past weekend and it was a great experience all the restaurants and bars were really close so we just had to walk there, the host was very welcoming. If we come back we will definitely book with them again.”

“This was our 2nd time staying at this condo. We were so excited to come back 5 years later. The pictures are exactly how it looks. The location is walking distance to just about everything which is what we love! Super easy to get to. Parking is great also even with a big Jeep wagoner. The website says bigger cars do not fit but they do. That was a big deal for us also. The security is great and they lock the gates at 11pm so nobody can come in as well as they make sure to walk around and keep anyone away that shouldn’t be there. People watching is always fun but it’s nice to know it’s safe to stay there as well. The beds are very comfortable which is always something I’m thankful for when on vacation. The communication was perfect and very fast. We had no one issue and will be back hopefully before another 5 years. If you are going to Myrtle Beach for anything at the convention center this is a perfect location as it is less then a mile from there and within walking distance as well.”

“We were unaware that there was going to be massive construction site next door (building high-rise); but surprisingly, there was very little noise from it when the door was closed. There was a strong, somewhat overwhelming odor when we first arrived, perhaps too much "febreze" -however after a few days it lighten... or we just became use to it. We also had a very late night issue with door lock keypad. We were completely locked out, as the electronic keypad kept failing. Speaking to onsite staff, no one was able to help. However, the listing company did return my call after about 15 minutes and were able to remotely reset the keypad from their office.”

“Our room was very clean and smelt good. The pool was awesome. It wasn’t crowded on the beach. The property is in a great location as it’s within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Unfortunately during the time of our stay, the building next door was under heavy construction. I’m aware that’s not something controllable by the host.”
