“Despite the weather not being great, we had a very nice stay. There are hundreds of places to go to for meals, sightseeing and entertainment, many within walking distance from this unit. Our favorite places to eat were Johnny D’s for breakfast(extremely delicious!) and Captain George’s Seafood buffet(get there when they open for a discount). This condo was nearly as pictured, with the exception of the bed frame being different. The mattress says pillow top, but it is solid firm foam. We had an issue with the bed, but after speaking with the property management, they quickly came over and remedied the situation and we were very grateful. The unit was super clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. There is a regular coffee maker, as well as the listed Keurig. The elevators were very fast, which can be a problem in other places that we have stayed before. The parking is right across the street, very convenient! Overall, we enjoyed are stay and will stay here again.”

“When we got there we were greeted by some rather obnoxious guests. The group was not only talking loud but was literally screaming. There is no lobby to be checked in. The front of the building was kind of sketchy but once you get to your room and on the back of your balcony you can see the ocean. The room had a rather musty smell so my husband and I bought some glade plugs ins to help with the odor. The place says no smoking but the smell of Marijuana from some guests close by was so strong . We decided not to go in the hot tub because when we walked by it to go to the beach someone left a dirty diaper sitting next to it. Definitely not an upscale place but you get what you pay for. Wasn't terrible but wasnt the best. The pictures are pretty accurate but had i seen the front of the building i probably would have booked another place to stay.”

“Fantastic little condo. Absolutely pristine condition. Great location. Note that Google Maps takes you to correct location but Wayz takes you to North Myrtle Beach. Checked it numerous times to ensure that’s correct. Also, there’s no signs that say Playa Poesia, so had trouble making sure we were at the right place. All the signs say “Holiday Pavillion”. Other than that - most highly recommended.”

“This 3BR unit was super clean, end unit, easy parking close to the unit. Elevators right outside the door to go down to pool area. Beach access was great. Pools open till 11pm. Would definitely stay here again! Bonus was sturdy wooden Adirondack chairs and tables on the balcony. Most balconies we saw had cheap plastic chairs. These were comfortable and wooden.”

“We had such a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for our trip. Everything was well taken care of, and we felt right at home during our stay. The host was very helpful and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. We really appreciated how welcoming and comfortable everything was. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a nice, relaxing place to stay!”

“The room was exactly as pictured and exceptionally clean. The host provided crystal-clear check-in instructions and was incredibly fast whenever I needed to message them. Overall, the space itself was quiet and comfortable. However, there was some active construction taking place during my stay that felt like a bit too much at times. If you are a light sleeper or plan to spend a lot of time inside during the day, it is worth keeping in mind. Aside from the temporary noise, it was an excellent stay!”

“Beautiful condo, and the location is perfect to many amenities. It’s nice to have most everything you need within walking distance. The unit itself is beautifully decorated, and the view is wonderful. The reason I gave 4/5 stars is due to the unit needing a real good deep clean. The overall space was perfect for our family of 7, and we really enjoyed our stay.”

“The stay and location was amazing! I would love to stay again. The only two issues were directly above me was a constant banging and loud excessive noises the entire stay. The remote ok button stopped working. I was able to connect the phone to the tv, which it was hard to identify which tv out of so many that were connected. Other than that my stay and weekend was nothing short of amazing.”

“Me and my husband stayed here for 5 nights. View was great we loved it. Room had so much room. Only thing that sucked was the bed made a lot of noise, the toilet also moved, the shower had lil to no pressure. The couch had a bit of an odor to it. There is construction going on next door which we thought was cool watching them use the crane. Would have been nice to have at lease a dresser to put our clothes in for people staying a week. But other than that we had a great time and will return.”

“Positive: location was superb Negative: Initial access was a little wonky. The first code did not work. No one answered my first call. I was beginning to think it was a scam. Do better on initial access.”

“I absolutely loved this place. It was quiet, peaceful waking up to the sounds of the ocean was great. The room was extremely spacious. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony with the ocean view. We are definitely coming back and staying on this property. I will say the parking in the front was very limited but there was spacious garage parking nearby.”

“The unit was beautiful and very clean. The view was incredible. The kitchen had all.we needed for cooking our breakfast and the newer appliances made the stay feel like we were at home. The only issues we had were with the smart tvs and one remote, but the team was very responsive in helping us navigate those hiccups. Weve started investigating next year's stay.”

“This property was amazing, it was very clean and the pictures were accurate. The bed was extremely comfortable. The view of the ocean was amazing and was able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the sunrise and sunsets. The property was pleasantly quiet ! The full kitchen was an added bonus as well. This property was simply amazing and would stay again !”

“We would rent this condo again. You are right in the heart of all things Myrtle. Look out the window for gorgeous ocean views and see the skywheel when you step outside. As a note, some of these cons are because I notice listing close enough. The kitchen could be restocked. I packed to cook not realizing I only had 2 convention burners so I con't cook as planed. Knife needs to be replaced as several are missing. The extras were too dull to use. Only one blanket in the condo, so bring extra! The bathroom tub needs to be undated. Its the only room that wasn't thoroughly redone. It dips too much in the tub and has a weak spot the floor. There should be some bathmat in from of the tub. I slipped the first I used it. There is a weak spot on the floor OVERALL: Shockingly and clean. quiet. Great views and location. Drive a smaller vehicle if possible. Try the Tiki bar! Drive a smll vehical if possiple. Bring everything you may need, even salt/paper wasn”

“Overall, a good stay. Perfect for a couple, but would be challenging for for more. Plenty of parking if you include the garage. Be aware, the spaces are tight. Leave your F250 at home. Host very responsive. Easy walking to many things to do. Would definitely stay again.”

“My family really enjoyed our stay. It looked exactly like the photos. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Any concerns we had communicating was easy and friendly. We even received a call to make sure our checkin went as planned and if there were any concerns and we also was given great recommendations of nearby attractions and restaurants. I would definitely recommend Casanita Properties to anyone looking for a wonderful place to enjoy a great view with a clean relaxing environment.”

“Our stay was good. The place was clean and tidy. The bathroom is very small (the bathtub and toilet are inches away from each other). They are doing some construction on the next building over and you can definitely hear it all day. The bed and pillows are not comfortable - we slept better on the sectional. Overall i’d give this spot a 5/10. Paid a lot for a basic stay. It gives upgraded motel vibes.”

“We requested an early check in a week before our arrival. Was told to check again closer to check in date. I tried 3 separate times a day before and never received a reply. Condo was nice, as described. Check in day I called to let them know we weee missing all 3 ceiling fan remotes in bedrooms, was told they would check it out. No one ever followed up and we had to purchase 3 fans at Walmart! The property was a smoke fee property, however was unable to go on balcony without getting stoned from all the marijuana smoking going on. We had an infant with us!!! Overall the condo was clean, but needs some attention. Missing the closet doors in the master bedroom, floors were dirty! After the first day that our socks were "black" all 5 of us had to go to Walmart for a swifter wet jet mopping system and 5 pairs of slippers.”

“Our stay at this condo was absolutely perfect! The bed was very comfortable, and the couch was great for relaxing after a long day of exploring. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, cozy, and relaxing stay. We would definitely love to stay here again!”

“This condo is in a wonderful spot. You are near alot of things. The condo was clean and looked as advertised except that the pictures made it look bigger, when it was actually smaller than I thought. Otherwise the host was very friendly and communication was great.”

“The unit itself was beautiful., very clean and comfortable. Outside of the unit could use some refreshing, but I don’t have anything other than good things to say about inside. The pool was clean and the hot tub was nice. Very easy to get to parking was easy. Would definitely go back.”

“Casanita was very responsive and super nice. My issue is with the hotel. It’s not very clean or well kept. The location is noisy and really busy. There were people smoking weed above us and there was construction happening at the pier beside the hotel and a hotel being built on the other side. I think overall the room was nice but not worth the money we paid. Especially at the discounted rate it was listed as on the site.”

“Very friendly, responsive, and helpful host. Pictures and description matched. Very cramped bathroom, but spacious living space. Decently clean other than seeing a few roaches. Overall worth what we paid, although I we will won’t be coming back.”

“The location perfect. The view was ok. The place was nice and clean and owners were responsive. The owners offered things to do in the area very nice! I suggest a flexible check-in due to airport arrivals and beach amenities such as chairs umbrella”

“Great location, room, and view. Parking was a bit tough as we generally had to park across the street in a garage as the lot in front of the building is very tiny. Outside of the room looks a bit out dated but inside the room is beautiful. I definitely would return here. It was perfect for me and my girlfriend.”

“My boyfriend and I stayed here for an anniversary. The room and the view were nice! Our only thing with the room was the A/C situation. Even with all the curtains closed, the room still got very hot and we could not turn the air down lower than 68°. Granted, it was super hot when we went there. Also, not everyone at the pool was wearing their bracelets and we saw people from other resorts using our pool making it very populated. But overall, we loved this place and everything was walkable or a short uber.”

“this airbnb was great! it was a short walk from everything and had some great restaurants directly next to it. the room itself was very cozy and clean. the host was also very attentive and answered any questions i had! i would 100% stay here again.”

“Casanita properties was a great place to stay for a relaxing birthday celebration. The condo looked exactly like the pictures (the kitchenette was a plus!) The bedroom was spacious & comfortable with led lights throughout the place. Host was very responsive made sure we got in the property alright multiple pools, beach right outside & everything close by. Whenever we visit Myrtle Beach again we will definitely stick with Casanita Properties. Thanks for everything!!”

“The room, view and location were amazing. The building and resort decor is a little older and dingy. The pools and hot tub were a little cloudy and dirty during our stay, and the resort staff really didn’t monitor who was coming in/out of the resort area as you can just reach around and open the door. We observed people smoking cigarettes and marijuana while sitting at the pool area. None of this is controlled by Airbnb. Everything that could be controlled by Airbnb was great. Overall we had a great stay.”

“The condo was lovely, clean, and enough space for meand my adult daughter. The view was beautiful, plenty of parking, the shower was a dream and I loved all the modern touches throughout. My complaints have nothing to do with the condo but with the hotel and surroundings actually. We were disappointed in the upkeep of the pools and that the lazy river only had 4 floats, 2 if which were almost flat. Also I wasn't aware the hotel was by the pier that's being built as well as the new hotel going up next door. All of the construction noises made it hard to remember you were at the beach trying to relax. But again, that has nothing to do with the condo. I would stay again ... after all of the construction was done.”

“Location was great! Walkable to the boardwalk. We decided to see if we could check in a day early and they were very accommodating. Parking was great right in the same floor as room. It worked great for our family for a week.”

“This was my first trip to Myrtle Beach . Casanita properties made my first stay great. The condominium was easily accessible, clean and very homey. We did encounter an issue with the toilet in our room, but the property manager stayed in great contact and helped us out as soon as they could. The location was great for food options, shopping, and staying at the beach! Thank you for making my trip great!”
