“We stayed here for our first family beach trip. Location was great. Right on the beach and at the start of the main strip. The pools were great. Lots of room for the three of us. Very family friendly. The bed was super comfortable as well! Would highly recommend and we will be booking the next time we are back in Myrtle beach!”

“Very clean and nice condo. The pool area was very nice, clean and never too packed. Elevators and hallways definitely could use a good cleaning/freshening up , but that isn’t the fault of this company. They were very good with communication with any questions I had. I would suggest having the name of the building included in directions as it would have made it easier to locate during an after dark arrival. Besides that it was a very easy check in! I wish we had been told about the beach construction and pier construction on the left (facing the ocean) not just the building construction on the right side (facing ocean). We walked about 1/4-1/2 mile down the beach to have an unobstructed and quiet time.”

“When I was able to get checked in. The view was peaceful I really enjoyed watching the waves.The only down fall was the elevators had the ice machines on three floors & that was incorrect. I would still book again.”

“We had an amazing overall stay! The unit was clean, well-equipped, and in a great overall location. Parking was so easy, and getting from the unit to our car was a breeze, which made loading and unloading hassle-free. The building is a little older but generally seems well maintained and the unit itself is more updated. Beach access was also super easy and convenient, and we loved the large pool area with both the indoor and outdoor sections. On top of that, communication with the host was fantastic from start to finish. The absolute highlight was the ocean view from the main living space, kitchen, and the balcony. Highly recommend!”

“This property was run a bit different. If you wanted early check-in or check-out there is a charge. If you are coming to work remotely, the internet is inadequate at best. TV’s would not even stream. Air conditioner in second and third bedroom really do not work with room thermostat. It really is operated by kitchen thermostat and bedroom are 65 degrees and kitchen/living room is 72. It’s miserable for the bedrooms or vice versa. Now for amazing things. Managers of house are on it!!!! They respond quickly and efficiently. The condo is in the middle of everything right on the boardwalk to beach. You can get food for lunch while at poor or beach. Chair available at beach for $30/pair. We were steps from Carolina country music festival. We had a great vacation. Thanks for the use of your home.”

“Loved this bnb! Great location on the beach loved the pools, matched the description, Easy check in. Very responsive team that was available to help!! Just bring some house shoes. The floors were not visibly dirty but I literally took one step without my slides on to get in bed and felt a lot of crunchy stuff on my feet. Thinking it was sand. But other than that loved it would def stay again.”

“Positive: The room was clean and had all the amenities that was needed. The view was a great look at the beach and ocean. Negative: My only issue, which was small was that I wish it had a small dresser of some type to put your clothes away. If you are staying 3 or more days a little place to store your clothes would be beneficial. Other than that the room was perfect.”

“We really enjoyed this place! The living room was very spacious and the bedroom facing the ocean was beautiful, just like the pictures. Easy and quick elevator was never too crowded. Because the lobby is across the street, the trip from the room to the beach felt super quick. We enjoyed the colorful lighting in the unit and how much space there was throughout. The king bed and pillows were very comfortable. Easy-to-access parking garage right across the street was never very full (even in the busy summer!). Easy-to-remember elevator and door codes. My favorite was the balcony. It felt very private with great views of the palm trees, pool, and beach. Definitely recommend for a couple’s getaway!”

“The apartment itself was slightly humid but overall easy to access, very clean, and the host had excellent communication skills. The location itself wasn’t bad. The boardwalk was only a few minute walk away and the beach is directly in front of the building. However, my husband and I were looking for a quiet and romantic getaway but we were sadly disappointed. There is heavy construction right next to the building so all you can hear is yelling, drilling, and random banging sounds from 7am-5pm. The construction people also randomly close off sections of the road which made walking or driving more difficult. Additionally, we were most excited about the pools but there was often trash or random objects left in the pools. There was also a lot of unsupervised children and people from other hotels visiting the pool. Needless to say, we were very disappointed with our trip and ended up leaving a day early.”

“My boyfriend and I stayed at the Casanita for our anniversary. The stay itself did not disappoint! The area was pretty centrally located with restaurants located with in walking distance (or 5-7 minute drive). The Airbnb was quiet, beautiful , located right on the beach with an unbeatable price for a 4 day stay! Our only issue was in check in, we saw small flying bugs by the sliding door which we communicated to the host via telephone. However, I believe it was truly from the previous guest not properly locking up. Other than that, the stay was amazing. I have no complaints and we’ll be back to this location!”

“Our stay at Azorean Dreams by Casanita - Oceanfront Lux Suite was nothing short of spectacular. If you are looking for the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and convenience, look no further. What We Loved: The Perfect Location! The biggest highlight for us was the convenience. Absolutely everything we needed—from fantastic local restaurants to shops—was within easy walking distance. The Beach! Having the beach just steps away was incredible. It made our mornings and evenings so relaxing, and the ocean views were stunning. The Suite! The "Lux Suite" definitely lives up to its name. It was clean, beautifully styled, and felt like a high-end home away from home. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation spot. We will definitely be back and highly recommend!”

“This place is a great place to stay! Me and my girlfriend stayed here for 5 days. It is within walking distance of everything you need. Very clean well taken care of. Host is super responsive and active. Overall we would revisit and stay again here.”

“I’d say it was worth it! It was relatively quiet and the beach wasn’t too crowded so it makes for a nice getaway. The host was responsive when needed. Pots & pans were included, room was clean, and view was great, and stores were within walking distance. The construction in the area was hidden from the photos, and since I visited during MDW the combination of the two led the road to become a one way so I had to uber to places instead of driving (otherwise park a mile away or sit 30+ minutes in the traffic). Later in the day, there were some people that seemed suspicious around the area, nobody was there to check bracelets in the pool area. That wouldn’t be on Casanita and team so it doesn’t affect my rating but it’s worth knowing for visitors.”

“Beautiful condo, perfect size for our family. Beds super comfortable, nice showers/ bathrooms. Kitchen had good utensils, bowls, pots, pans, measuring cup. Easy to make meals. Park on same floor as condo for easy loading and unloading. Nice pools and beach access.”

“Positive: The property was very nice and cozy. Excellent location with warm environment. everything else was excellent Negative: The elevators were hot. It no sitting space out front maybe a bench or two.”

“Room was pretty much as pictures show, however the bed was not as comfy as I would have liked. I had to try 3 pillows before I found one I could tolerate, the balcony was dirty so I don’t think it was swept up, the rug in the bedroom was visibly a different color from dirt it was gross, there were cosmetics that needs updating like a small hole in the ceiling above the bed, the flooring around the walls, the bathroom is okay, the shiver head has horrible pressure though. There was construction directly next door so it was loud outside but inside was fine, the other guest were more annoying than that. Guests were smoking weed near our unit so I smelt it on the balcony and the ac brought it inside. The outside wasn’t the best, kind of run down. The plates are required to be cleaned by guests so they weren’t clean when we came in, we washed everything before use. They made us buy toilet paper because we ran out. I don’t think it’s worth the price, a hotel would have been nicer.”

“Positive: I liked the modern accessories to the room. Negative: There was construction going on right beside our room. In the early hours we were awakened by loud sounds from the construction site. It was also an eye sore for our view.”

“We really enjoyed staying at the Azur Dreams by Casanita Properties. Our stay was wonderful from start to finish. The suite was clean, spacious and beautifully decorated with plenty of room. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked, and the ocean view from the balcony was amazing. It was in the perfect location being close to restaurants, shopping and attractions as well as having convenient beach access. It was the perfect getaway spot and I would definitely stay there again. Highly recommended for anyone looking to stay at Myrtle Beach!”

“We loved the big room and the master bathroom shower, very easy check-in and check out. We had a few questions regarding our stay and they responded in a very timely manner. We love the location it's right at 21st Ave witch makes anywhere you want to go very assessable without being stuck in traffic. Will be definitely looking this place up next time we come to Myrtle Beach”

“We had a great stay! The place was clean, close to attractions & had gorgeous views. We were in walking distance of great eating & shopping, as well as the convention center. We also loved the large balcony and being on the corner of the building.”

“Amazing! We used it as our Honeymoon suite and it was perfect! They were very good about communicating when we had left something behind after checkout, which is not normal and we really appreciated them for communicating quickly. Overall beautiful stay!”

“Positive: The room itself was awesome, the location was so great ,we loved it it was very clean very neat, and we love the layout Negative: The bed was too hard you could feel the iron rails in the bed so it really was not comfortable and made my back hurt and my husband's . Need a different kind of bed that's more comfortable. Didn't have any drawers or dresses to put your clothes in.”

“I really recommend this place! The host were really helpful in provided information. The location is perfect right on the beach. Near the Ferris wheel as well as other rides. To my surprise, the pools on the property are heated! Which made our chilly rainy day so much better. The room itself was clean and very comfortable. We loved our stay here and would definitely stay here again!”

“The place was beautiful! There was sand everywhere in the bedroom, np we sweeped. Its at the beach!! What took me is after our stay the property sent a request for unauthorized pet. Me and my husband are hardworking honest people, and if the rules state no, we ensure to comply and follow the rules! To my astonishment, the pictures for evidence were my African American hair from my fro and lashes from my individual lashes that shed! I was humiliated and offended! I denied the request and they escalated! thanks to Airbnb support they were able to view the "evidence" and verify what I already knew! It was my human hair NOT a pet. They continually apologized. At least someone did! The property is beautiful! The support amazing! However the disrespect surpassed all! I will never forget, and its all because of a lack of humility!”

“I had a wonderful 5-night stay with Casanita Properties in Myrtle Beach. The place was incredibly clean, peaceful, and truly lived up to that serene, relaxing atmosphere you hope for on a beach getaway. What stood out the most was their concierge service—it was excellent. They went above and beyond by providing extra bedding and towels without me even having to ask, which made the stay feel thoughtful and well cared for. Overall, it was a smooth, comfortable experience, and I would definitely recommend staying with Casanita Properties if you're looking for a quiet and well-maintained place in Myrtle Beach.”

“The place it self was great!! Our neighbors blared music so loud that we couldn't sit on our balcony at night because the music was so horrible. But the place was clean and looked just like the pictures. Location is great also. Would definitely stay again.”

“We enjoyed a great 2 night stay at the Boardwalk, booking the day before. Wonderful view, ocean air on the balcony, electric fireplace and special lighting was cool. Relaxing pool and spa, comfortable bed and linens, clean and stocked kitchen and bath. we appreciated the pool towels, and helpful followup by Casanita property staff through text and phone. Thank You for a very nice stay!”

“LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! Walkable, near many of the immediate attractions (we walked to the food and music festival) the sky zone attractions were nearby - took us 15 mins to walk and it was great exercise. Accommodations felt safe and there is direct beach access and lazy river for use. I’ll book here again. PLUS, they have a sort of concierge virtual booklet that is extremely helpful as well with navigating things to do and places to eat.”

“Overall, our stay was great once we settled in. Only issue was we were looking for a building called Azorean Dreams, but building was called Boardwalk. Luckily another renter happened to see our confusion and confirmed we had arrived in the correct location. Key entry wasn't as smooth as it should have been, but their customer service was excellent. It was a great area with tons of restaurants and activities. I would highly recommend them.”

Negative: The staff was kind of rude to us when we first got there. It actually was just a man that worked at the desk that treated us pretty bad because we had reservations with a third party,which was with you guys ( booking.com). When he found out we didn't book through them.(Holiday Pavilion). He refused to help us!!”

“My family of six spent a wonderful week at this property. The place was beautifully decorated with a stunning view of the beach and ocean. The Hosts were very informative and attentive. Although I did not need to contact them for much. This is a great location for the beach, restaurants and boardwalk, as well as other sites to see in the area. We easily walked to the beach and to the Boardwalk. We were able to get to the beach a few times and we used the indoor pool most of the week. The attached parking garage was a game changer as we parked on the floor of our condo, which made all things more convenient. I definitely would recommend this host and this condo. I will definitely return here if we plan another vacation in this area.”

“This place was absolutely as pictured…only problem I had was a stain in the master bedroom sheets . But they did offer us complimentary late check out . Place was beautiful and comfortable. Will stay again”

“I really enjoyed my stay overall. The place was very clean and looked exactly like the listing, which I appreciated. The view was absolutely amazing and definitely one of the highlights of the trip. The room had a really nice vibe, and we loved the LED lights they added a great touch. Communication was also great throughout our stay, and the staff was very helpful and responsive. There were just a few minor issues. The sink water never really got hot, and the room temperature stayed a bit humid and didn’t cool down as much as I would have liked. The mattress was also on the firmer side, which may not be comfortable for everyone. Aside from that, everything else was great and I had a good experience. I would still recommend this place, especially for the cleanliness and beautiful view.”

“The room is beautiful, and also extremely clean. We had no issues with outside noise or other guest. The kitchen area had everything we needed. The area felt safe. Never waited for an elevator either. Always ample parking across the street in the garage. The pools were nice and not over crowded. Access to the beach was very nice. The bed is probably new, it was a bit firm. Pillows were still fluffy. Plenty of linens for the bathroom with an AMAZING shower (plenty of room to shave) and great water pressure. Nothing will beat the view from the private balcony- absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed our stay so so much. Highly recommend!! 10/10! Would stay again and yes, we would recommend. Two thumbs up.”

“Wonderful experience. Perfect location. Condo was clean and well organized. Felt right at home. The extras of having a beautiful ocean view, led lighting, and electric fireplace really help to set the ambience and made it hard to leave. We will definitely be to Myrtle Beach and will consider no other lodging.”

“We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean, comfortable, well stocked, and had a great location. The beach was fairly private, because there are not high rises to each side of the building like many others. Having a fireplace and smart TVs made for relaxing nights in when we had unexpected chilly weather. Can’t beat the views from an end unit on the 9th floor either!”
